Address book, select addresses

You can select e-mail address or groups by checking the check boxes in front of them. Groups can be recognized by the * in front of them.

On this tab an e-mail address can also be added, edited or deleted.

To add an e-mail address, press the new button. After filling in the first name, last name and a valid e-mail address press the add button for validation and if all is correct the e-mail address is added to the list.

To edit an e-mail address, select an e-mail address from the list and alter the first name, last name or the e-mail address. When the update button is pressed the address is validated and changed.

An e-mail address can be removed from the address book by selecting it from the list and pressing the delete button.
